The problem
Home-based long-term care centers in Korea run on heavy documentation: intake assessments, care plans, monitoring logs, staff schedules, vehicle logs, and preparation for National Health Insurance Service evaluations. Most small centers still manage this with paper and scattered spreadsheets, which takes hours every week and leads to missed records.
What we build
Care document apps
Tablet-friendly apps for service contracts, needs assessments, and cognitive screening, following the intake → service → monitoring → evaluation workflow.
Vehicle & visit logs
A mobile log for home-bathing vans: daily trips, visits, fuel receipts, and month-end printouts, built on Google Sheets with offline support.
Evaluation readiness
Checklists and dashboards that map daily records to evaluation indicators, so centers can see gaps before the review.
AI writing assistants
Claude-based tools that draft counseling notes and care plans from structured inputs, with names removed before any data leaves the center.
Our approach
- Built by a working social worker, tested daily in a real care center.
- Privacy first: personal information stays in the center's own storage; AI tools receive pseudonymized data only.
- Simple tools that non-technical staff can use on phones and tablets.
- Long-term goal: an integrated operations system (ERP) for small long-term care providers.
